We congratulate and celebrate the success of our Coffee and Contacts members.
August 2008 - Read about Alice Osborn'svolunteer activities and writing workshops on MyNC.com. Alice is long time member of the North Raleigh Coffee and Contacts Chapter. Her frequent presentations during our weekly meetings are mini writing seminars on journaling and writing skills. She draws a crowd and we leave having learned something new. Attendance at her May talk, "How to be an effective writer in 5 easy steps", broke all records with guests and other Chapter members visiting just to hear her speak.
Phran Gacher said, “ Alice is not only very knowledgeable about writing, she explains it well. She was the reason that I was a guest at the meeting; I wanted to learn some writing tips and I did. ”
MyNC.com is WNCN NBC 17's recently launched news and neighborhood information site aggregating local news and user content. Registered users can comment and upload story content for their local area.
